Since Nov. 2006, all RootR.net's customer servers are located in the Silicon Valley, California, in San-Jose and Fremont.
The Hong-Kong operation is used for research and development, and logistics management, but not customer servers.
RootR.net customers are from North America, East-Asia, and Europe. With an
international presence, that may be the place for you.
RootR.net is also exploring partnerships possibilities in the following Locations:
US East-Coast, France, Geneva, Japan, Canada. In particular networks with dual-stack IPv6.
